Overview of the structure of the National Integrated Reporting Committee
The Nigeria Integrated Reporting Committee is a non-for-profit organization which was created under the law of Nigeria.
Our Structure
The NIRC has a governance structure based on the Memorandum of Association establishing it. NIRC is governed and overseen by Board of Trustees that were nominated across Nigeria to represent their interest. The nomination cut across all the Regulators in the Nigeria economy. |
